We are committed to practicing high quality standards and carefully check for any manufacturing defects or flaws prior to dispatching any item.

There is NO REFUND for change of mind, however, we are happy to EXCHANGE any item for the value spent. 

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

  • Should you want an exchange, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by either calling us or emailing on hello@bffboutique.co.nz
  • All returns must take place within 7 days of purchase in order to qualify for an Exchange or Store Credit.
  • Item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged with price tags on and in its original packaging where possible. 


All returned items need to be sent back to us on the address below. We recommend using tracked courier services to ensure products reach us in a safe and timely manner.

Products returned by post are your responsibility until they reach us so please take care getting them back to us.
 

INSTORE PURCHASE RETURNS

  • All instore returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase, ie., your original receipts.
  • All returns must take place within 7 days of purchase in order to qualify for an Exchange or Store Credit.
  • Subject to our approval, you can exchange an Online Purchase item instore by providing a proof of purchase, i.e., copy of your electronic receipt.  

 

REFUND POLICY - ONLINE & INSTORE
In the rare event, an item is defective, we will abide by the Consumers Guarantee Act to provide you with a solution. Please contact us immediately to alert us of the situation. In the case of a full refund, 100% money will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially, that is, Credit Card, Afterpay, Cash, Laybuy or Gift Voucher.

In most cases Refund processing times may take upto 7 to 14 working days, depending on the method of refund applied.
