SHIPPING

Orders WITHIN NEW ZEALAND are sent with ARAMEX, All INTERNATIONAL orders are sent with DHL EXPRESS. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.

• All online orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them during normal business days.
• Orders received after midday on Friday, over the weekend or on any Public Holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.
• Couriers generally collect packages between 10am to 1pm, Monday to Friday only.
• There are no weekend pickups. 

Please allow upto 1 to 2 business days for transit times once the package is handed over to the relevant Courier Company. 

We endeavor to process all orders in a timely manner to meet our on-time shipping obligation. However, sometimes the estimated delivery times may vary due to delays on the part of the courier company which we do not have control of.
