Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill shipment at a future date. The price you pay for pre-orders at the time of purchase may be lower than normal retail price as a reward for your monetary commitment. 
You can cancel a pre-order ordered item within 24 hours of purchase as it wouldn't have gone into production. You cannot cancel your order once production has started. Once you have received the pre-ordered item and wish to return or exchange, please see our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. We do not Refund on change of minds.
